The chairs stay empty and Monday is a slow day, the way it always is.
With Fillsy
Two of the three filled and paid for before anyone sat down, at a discount the shop set the ceiling on.

Nobody has cancelled anything. The shop just knows Monday is thin.

10:06 AM
These go straight to the discount stage.
Nothing was cancelled, so there is no earlier booking to move anyone up from. A Classic Cut sits under a hundred dollars, so it eases in percentages rather than dollars: 10% off.

11:20 AM
The third goes unclaimed and quietly expires. Nobody is chased.
This is the same machine a cancellation runs, started by hand instead of by Square. Every guardrail still applies: the weekly cap on how much of the book can ever be discounted, the floor and ceiling the shop sets, and the regulars who come in often are still left out of it. It is logged as manually triggered, so it never gets counted as a save that a cancellation caused.
