We only get paid when you're getting real value — a slot that would've sat empty, filled instead. Never a charge just for trying.
What each stage costs
Full price is always protected first — a fee only ever follows a real win.
Reschedule the same client to a different day
If it's the client who just cancelled, we ask right away if another day works instead.
Move a regular into a newly-opened earlier slot
Always full price — move-ups are never discounted.
Fill the slot with a real discount
Only after the first two options don't fill it — a discount is always the last resort, never the first move. We only win when you do.
Charged once per recovery, only when the discounted slot actually sells — and only that once, even if it later reschedules.
Only on genuinely new revenue. This fee only ever applies to a slot that would've sat empty — never to your regular, already-booked business.
We're on your side of the discount, not against it. The fee is a percent of what the customer actually pays after the discount — the shallower the discount, the more we make too, so we're never incentivized to push you toward a deeper markdown than necessary.
Capped at $25, no matter the price. Even on your highest-ticket service, the fee never runs away with a big share of the sale.
Never on tips or tax. Calculated on the final sale price alone — 100% of any tip goes to you and your staff.
