About Fillsy text messages

Fillsy sends recurring automated promotional and marketing text messages on behalf of local service businesses — salons, barbershops, groomers and similar — to their own customers.

Who receives texts. You may receive Fillsy texts if you are a customer of a participating business — either because you have visited or purchased from that business, or because you joined that business's priority list online.

What the texts are. Promotional offers and notifications — available and newly-available appointment slots, limited-time discounts, and offers to move your own upcoming appointment earlier. Message frequency varies — typically a few messages per month at most.

Who they come from. Every message names the business it's sent for and is sent via Fillsy from 1-866-643-4557 (1-866-64-FILLS).

Stopping messages. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of every business on Fillsy, immediately and permanently. To stop texts sent for one specific business only, visit that business's page and use the "Stop Fillsy texts for that business" link there. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@fillsyapp.com.
